Payment Policy
We accept VA Benefits, BC/BS and United Healthcare Insurance, Cigna, cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
We can also accept payment via HSA’s and Flex-Spending Accounts.
Payment is due when services are rendered. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to allow us to schedule other patients. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be billed $50.00. Exceptions will be made at our discretion in the event of inclement weather or real emergencies.
Please be considerate of our staff and other patients and call our office as soon as possible if you can not keep your appointment.
